They are as follows:
1. MOCVD(Marvel series), which is a thin film deposition
device,
2. HVPE(Wonder series), which is a thick film deposition
device, and
3.Wafer-bonder(Focus series) is a high brightness
luminescence device.
Since SYSNEX launched GaN MOCVD(Marvel series) in
