SYSNEX R & D Center has been established to
do research and development for semiconductor
thin/thick films and related process equipments
since 2002. Our target is to provide customers
with innovative and high benefit solutions through
development of equipment and technology needed
to grow high quality thin/thick films of the compound
semiconductors.
The members of R&D center devote themselves
to technology development related to equipments
and processes in collaboration with the other
R&D laboratories. From those continuous efforts
we have achieved a couple of patents every year.

- Expanding technology to HVPE and wafer bonder system
- Construction of systematic and organized standard system
